- Marian House Respite Home, Ballindine, Co Mayo
- Maryfield Nursing Home, Athenry, Co Galway

In Home Support Service:
With this service the Foundation send Care workers into the homes of Alzheimer Patients which allow the primary carer "Time Out" to rest and relax.

Marian House Respite Home, Ballindine, Co. Mayo:
Provides residential respite care on a regular basis giving two or three weeks respite in every four to six weeks or as Carer requires. Manager: Marian Navin. Ph: 094 93 64101

Maryfield Nursing Home, Athenry, Co. Galway:
Provides Respite Care, Long Stay Care and Day Care. Manager: Geraldine Nohilly Ph: 091 844 833

Day Care
Day care is also provided at Marian House, Ballindine and Maryfield Nursing Home in Athenry.

Home from Home
Each home is like a home from home and maintains a warm friendly atmosphere encouraging personal autonomy for all clients. The Foundation's motto in dealing with clients is to look at what he or she can do and not at what they cannot do. Trained staff are available at the end of the telephone to listen and to chat whenever needed.
